We stand behind every product we make. If you don’t like anything for any reason we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund within 60 days of purchase. If you would prefer to return a completely unopened product, please contact us via our website contact form for assistance and more information on this process.
Refunds
Once your return request has been approved and your returned product has been received and inspected, Iron Bull Naturals will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other original payment provider).
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to:
A damaged product received
A defective product
An incorrect item shipped by Iron Bull Naturals
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return qualifies due to a product issue caused by Iron Bull Naturals, we will provide instructions for resolving the return and cover applicable return shipping costs.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process your return.
After your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Sometimes shipping temperatures can affect the final consistency of our products, please allow us to send the replacement if you think this could have happened to you
